LET THE CONCERT SEASON BEGIN!
– Belvedere Square brings back “Summer Sounds” for its Fifteenth season –
2019 marks the fifteenth season of Summer Sounds at the Square! With a festive atmosphere featuring live music from the region’s most popular and emerging bands and with special dining options from the restaurants and Market merchants of Belvedere Square, “Summer Sounds at the Square” has become the place to be on Friday nights, May 24 through September 6, in north Baltimore. The series is free and open to the public.
NEW this year: Come play with Stages’ herd of musical instruments! Children will have the opportunity to “pet” various kinds of instruments and learn basic techniques from Stages instructors! Catch Stages Music Arts in the Kids Zone on select Summer Sounds dates. Stages Music Arts is a music lesson and recording studio located in Hunt Valley, MD that also offers full-service live event production and rentals. Stages is redefining what it means to learn, perform, and record in the 21st century!

Belvedere Square restaurants and Market food merchants will provide a wide range of scrumptious treats and beverages made on site and perfect for outdoor dining. Also, local non-profits and community organizations such as the Govans Branch of the Enoch Pratt Library will be on site on specific dates.

During concerts East Belvedere between the 500 and 600 blocks will be closed. Concerts will be cancelled if it rains. Updates will be posted on Facebook. Food, coolers, and alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the concert site. For the safety of all our guests, skateboards, scooters, bikes, drones and hover boards are not allowed. Guests are urged to park with care in the community. Use parking lots when possible.
